Technical Features

  1.  These Transformers are provided with B class insulation.

  2.  Single Phase and Three Phase Dry type Air Cooled.

  3.  Tapping on Primary ± 5%.

  4.  Tapping on Secondary ± 10%.

  5.  Tapping are also provided according to the requirement.

  6.  The drop in voltage from no load to full load is minimal.

  7.  Overload Capacity: Because of its careful designing, our transformers can withstand many overload situations.

Quality Assurance

            These Transformers are tested for the following parameters before dispatch and at every stage of manufacturing as and when required.

  1. Primary and secondary voltages

  2. Test of Watt loss.

  3. Test of No Load Current.

  4. Insulation test between both the winding.

  5. Insulation test between the winding and the core.

  6. Continuity testing for both the primary and secondary winding.

  7. Inspection of the various mechanical fixtures and assembly.

  8. Resistance measurement of both the primary and secondary windings.

  Apart from the above testing which is done for all the transformers irrespective of their size and rating we also take various other measures to ensure the quality.

  1.  The raw material such as laminations, nylon bobbin, copper and fixtures are procured only from the best and most reliable suppliers.

  2.  The raw material is thoroughly inspected before putting it through the process of manufacturing.

  3.  The manpower is thoroughly trained before it applies itself to the process and is also observed in a critical manner for their way of executing a particular process.

Isolation Transformer

We manufacture isolation transformers of various sizes for various applications. These isolation transformers provide both safety and Noise reduction to the equipments. A Variac operating in conjunction with the isolation transformer permits personnel to safely alter equipment voltages to specified operating levels. Maintenance or test laboratories often use the Variac / Isolation Transformer combination to obtain operating data for over-voltage and under-voltage conditions so vital for long term reliability.

Toroidal Transformers     

Toroidal transformers offer many advantages over standard laminated power transformers. Toroidal core provide quiet, efficient operation with very low stray magnetic fields. Their small size and weight support a package that is easy to design into any application.                                                                            

Potential Transformers

A Potential Transformer is a special type of transformer that allows meters to take readings from electrical service connections with higher voltage (potential) than the meter is normally capable of handling without at potential transformer.

Battery charger Transformer

The Battery charger transformer comes with a rectifier unit for the charging of lead – Acid Batteries. We manufacture various types of Battery Charger Transformer.

Custom Built Transformers
